Decent summation of the difference between college and NFL, though fairly obvious. In the end, the risk didn't work out, so should Rhule still get the rewards of a high $ contract? If Tepper can upgrade, I think he will, no matter the cost.

Today I Learned that Matt Rhule is not going to be a long term coach for the Panthers.

They put it on the screen then cut to unknowing fans in the stands, killing any energy behind it. However, the McConaughey chest pounding bit has led to turnovers following it... so maybe something there...

I wouldn't be mad if those two "hype guys" got cut this week.

This debate happens across the football spectrum with new coaches. It's all the same... "Give it time" or "it's a rebuild" or "wait until his guys are here" or "with some experience"... To me, it's just chatter. I look at what happens in the game on the field. Did the coaches manage the game? Are they putting the right personnel in at the right time? Making adjustments? Maybe the roster isn't where it should be, and that will impact results, but again, are the coaches holding up their end of the equation?

Rhule is saying that for the one person that signs his checks. Nothing more.

Brady is who many thought he would be. Some potential, but his inexperience is becoming a liability. And I would put that on Rhule.

It's all chatter not to be taken too literally. But the underlying sentiment is that we have had poor OL play for a while and we don't see obvious moves to make things better, compounded with average ROI from the moves made in lieu of improving the OL.
