By the end of the game Baker proved he has the potential to be competent at football. On the other hand, the offensive line, the run defense and the coaches... Well lets just say there are question marks.

We played like poo and probably deserved to lose. But we were ahead on the scoreboard and 1 and/or 2 calls by the refs at the end allowed the other team to change the scoreboard and ultimately the frustrating outcome. I can compartmentalize that and separate it from the fact that for much of the day the team lacked discipline and organization and were outplayed and over-matched. So its pretty much a poo of a Sunday afternoon and I am stone cold sober. Depressing all around.

All the BS we pulled all day and were still in it and the refs had to give it away on a poo roughing call.

I mean Sam does not have the ability to play a team back into a game. Just not that guy.

M. Jordan, PJ, Eflien and Erving seem to be the only guys with no upside. I think you have to keep those guys for continuity. You would bring in a guy with similar or equal number faults anyway so as a team it would likely be a net loss

agree. But I think the goal is not to find a superstar. Just a JAG that is better than say Michael Jordan or PJ Walker. I'm not sure but I don't think that is like looking for a unicorn.

Now that he not the starter and also hurt, pooing on him is no where near as satisfying as it once was. But this was still pretty good fun.
