our Super Bowl

Recommended Posts

San Fran is a dumpster fire about to happen.

Psychotic head coach who has almost wore out his welcome, aging core players, arguably best defender drunk in air ports, a QB molesting people. I know I am missing a few things....

I hate doing this, Kaep did everything right in that situation in Miami. It was a crazy groupie bitch and they handled it right by getting her out of there.

wasn't going to happen this year.  It didn't matter who we drafted,

we weren't going to draft ourselves better than Seattle and San Fran.

which is why Getty drafted the players he did.  Just calm down and realize we are

good, not great, and building to be great.  Once we cut the rope on some contacts

we can build a better team.  Until then, anyone who thinks we could have drafted ourselves

into the Super Bowl this year need to ice up.

Rome ain't built in a day.

I feel like a broken record this weekend, but once again, you're another idiot.  Let's just not play this season and tank every game, because San Francisco and Seattle have good teams.  Because EVERY year the team with the "best" rated roster wins the Super Bowl, that's exactly how it works.  It's not like these players are human and can have a bad game, or Wilson/Kaepernick could tear their ACL tomorrow.  Of course not, there are no variables, let San Fran play Seattle tomorrow and let's just call it a season.  Fugging idiot

I just don't understand those legitimately upset over 4-7 round picks. You shouldn't be getting positions of need in those rounds. Players simply aren't that good at that point.

I also don't know why some do not understand that there were no tackles worth a poo in rounds 2-3 when we picked. If you think our OT spot is a shitpile, why add to it with poo? I'd rather take a top notch DE to help relief some cap space.

Nobody drafts rookies to win the Super Bowl. The most hilarious part of all the outrage is most people are ok with the 1st round pick. But we have guys claiming Gettleman is tanking the season because we didn't draft a tackle in the 4th round. Stay in school kids.

We can win the Super Bowl the same way everyone does. Make the playoffs, play well in the playoffs.

Maybe I'm crazy but he looked high as a kite yesterday. When he talks I can't help but think he's on drugs.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
