Bell Can Succeed at Left Tackle

Recommended Posts

lol

If you suck at LT, you could be better at RT. However if you suck at RT, you'll most likely suck at LT. LT is harder than RT since you're facing the best pass rushers most of the time there.

I don't know. Per OP he felt likeLT was more natural for him than RT. If that is the case then I can see where not having to think about your feet and positioning would be of benefit. Especially in the NFL and the speed they play at.

Feet and positioning are more important at LT

He repeatedly said the value was no longer there after the first 3-4 tackles went off the board. You don't draft a LT for the future with a 2nd round pick that you don't think they're worth.

true, you get those from undrafted DL men and then convert them to LT. lmao

To a degree they hate everyone. I will always like Mitchell for the simple fact he burned my girlfriend on Twitter.

Huddle Love / Hate is more fickle than a teenage girl.

As a general rule, I don't give a whole lot of weight to fan opinions in the month of May.  You can't really tell jack from minicamps and OTAs and there's a lot of time between now and week one for things to change.

We all have our opinions.  Some will turn out right.  A lot will turn out wrong.  And we'll be back this time next offseason doing this same dance all over again.

I am going to relay the long version of the tweet that I sent Gross the other day:

Upon reflecting about your retirement and what that means to the team, I have come to the conclusion that this is not a case of "being saved by the Bell".
