Now it's 2-4 weeks with Stewart

Let me know when Stewart returns from three ACL tears. Or even one. Then you can compare him to Thomas Davis.

Missed the point....

Davis made millions rehabbing year after year....paying people not to play for extended periods is paying people not to play.

28 isn't just eating cheeseburgers and playing video games. He works hard and is still in his physical prime. Patience paid off with Davis. We need 28 to be what he can be....badly.

Mendenhall, Chris Johnson, Matt Forte, Jamaal Charles, Ray Rice

all guys that were taken after Stewart and ended up contributing similar or more total yards. It was so deep at RB that year we could've thrown a dart at the draft board in round 6, picked the long snapper it landed on, converted him to running back, and he still would've been an all-pro.

But we had to have a GM that sprouts a woody every time he sees a RB with measurables in the draft then.

Remember when td took a massive paycut because of all his injuries? Yeah Stewart should do the same, but he won't.

This is straight robbery. You would think the guy would feel bad

Man he don't give a fudge, I'm starting to really not like him. Damn I wish they could get rid of his azz.

Don't EVER put T.D and Stewart in the same sentence. The game means everything to Thomas an when it was taken from him it devastated him, I don't get the same feeling about Stewart.

    • I mean both defenses are some of the best if not the best two in the country. Main difference in the game is Ohio State scored on 4th and goal and Texas didn’t. Arch doesn’t look good but anyone saying he’s a scrub or a bust after literally his first game against a high quality opponent is just a hater. Sark doesn’t seem to have any answers either.
    • AT was basically Greg Olsen-ish for Bryce.  In so many ways.  He was keeping stuff on right page and really more of small TE than actual slot WR out there.  Canales isn’t going to be able to just insert Hunter into that role on the O that AT was doing.   Hunter is a true slot WR.  And a niche one at that.    Might take some time to try to figure out plays/calls really insert Renfrow into.  Thats not really Canales’ base what Hunter does so well
    • Terrible. Texas has had 4 or 5 drives that started near midfield and have nothing. OSU is defending champs but they lost 14 players in the draft, including a ton on the DL. It looks like they don’t trust the heisman favorite. Maybe this is why he couldn’t beat out Ewers. Maybe he’ll pick it up but damn this is his third year in college. It feels like a game plan when you have to start a freshman or third stringer due to injuries.
