More then double any other QB in that span. This cannot keep up or he will be beat up and done way before his time. This should be a wake up call to the organization.If they want to keep the franchise QB around long enough to actually win something,they better get the offensive line straight sooner then later. I wished that they had addressed this in 2014, but I do understand the cap restraints. I am hoping that they will make this a priority next year. The cannot wait two years and expect him not to be broken up. To late this year to really to do much now,they better have a plan to tighten up this group next year the latest. Cam also holding the ball way to long and not throwing it away isn't helping the situation.

The amount of denial on this forum is a little scary. If this style of play continues he will not have a healthy 15 year career.

That much is obvious.

There is going to come a time when he either fully gets it in the pocket or were going to have Steve McNair 2.0. McNair played for 13 or 14 years but he was often injured and had concussion problems.

The only question is if cam can live in the pocket by the time he's 30. I don't think he'll be nearly as affective but who knows, he has progressed in the pocket thus far.

      well i could go on & on but i will just highlight it by saying big difference trust me from the SEC & NFL.it's honestly like comparing apples & oranges especially when you are talking about a  LT. in the NFL you are going up against the most athletic freaks of nature the world has to offer . .the NFL also has much more exotic & complicated defensive schemes than what they are used to seeing at Georgis &  finally but most importantly you have to learn how to master complex bio mechanics where the body kick steps instantly as a reaction to these world class athletes rush without really making a conscious effort it's more of a learned muscle memory  & it can take thousands upon thousands of reps to master rproper technique for a LT in the NFL especially if you are still very raw like Monroe Freeling is    ...just saying

      All that being the case or maybe being the case, we do not know Wharton’s timetable n the first place. They are being coy about it. Or maybe not. They say week to week the board says he is terminal lol and must be replaced. Who knows? It may or may not warrant a fairly drastic solution.  Walker is a bargain and we are not well stocked at OL despite recent investments. Freeling has yet to have a single padded practice. Too much speculation driving this plan IMO.

      I would really love to know who’s actually making these moves because it’s weirdly vague who’s doing the hiring and firing.
