Nothing but talent

If a player doesn't make this squad : apart from the offensive line - no hard feelings , we're just that loaded with talent. It's honestly and I'll say this again - This team is more talented than anything we've ever fielded before. When Anderson is back there looking like Tom Brady lol - then my good friends enjoy this season when cam gets hot.

We used to be Pittsburg - when your subs aren't worth a lick. Lol

Can't wait to hear Caaaaaaaammmm on the Nfl network.

I think our starting 5 can get the job done. The back ups are the problem. Gary Williams could be a great backup, solid starter but injuries set him back and now he is just too inconsistent. Chris Scott if in shape could be a great backup but he's not. Foucault doesn't have the experience to be a factor this year. Folkerts and Velasco are probably are best back ups. I do have faith in Norwell becoming something but it may take a year.

I am holding out hope that now that the starters are set and they will be game planning that the offensive line and the offense in General will be more productive. I get one more week to be optimistic void of any game day experience to prove me wrong. Even then I am going to find something positive . after all who looks forward to the negative? Fan or cynic?

    • The good thing about replacing a bad player is you really have nothing to lose. If their replacement is bad so what, you didn't get much worse and probably saved money.
    • I came over from the old Panthers Insider site. When Fox Sports bought that platform it slowly just started dying plus the guy who ran that site was dealing with some pretty significant health issues so the whole thing just slowly fell apart. Quite a few of us migrated over here. Not sure how many are still around.  I miss that place. It struck a nice balance of having enough active posters to keep productive conversation flowing but didn't have so much traffic that you end up with a lot of trolling BS. This place is getting there though since we shutdown new registrations but at some point we're going to have to open it back up or we'll watch this place slowly die off too as posters fall off for one reason or another. We just have to figure out a way to filter out the spam bots. It was a never ending battle to ban the spam bots to keep then from overrunning the site. You'd think they'd be a little more strategic. I mean, if you fill a site with nothing but spam people are just going to stop coming so it's not a sustainable model. But nope, every one of them makes dozens of duplicate threads filling up pages upon pages as soon as their account goes live.
    • lol...I don't remember that.  Although recalling what I had for breakfast yesterday is sometimes a challenge.  Hope it was a positive thing.
