Rivera said he's already talked to the coaches about using Norman, a big (6-0), physical corner that might match up well at times with Detroit's Calvin Johnson (6-5, 236). 

"Josh Norman deserves an opportunity to play," Rivera said. "Josh will do whatever he can to help the team, and he told us that. In all honesty, as we looked at that, he needs to play and that will be addressed."

our OLBs are good enough in coverage to be able to bracket inside or underneath. if that's the gameplan, and we're getting a solid pass rush, i'm fine with sticking norman on him.

all honesty, use your better corner to eliminate a guy like Tate and user a lesser corner with a rolled coverage to put 2 or 3 guys on Calvin

Yeah, no.  That's definitely not going to happen.  Rivera saying Norman deserves a chance to play is a far stretch from saying that we're going to task him with sticking to be the best WR ever.  C'mon people.
