Not sure the new owners intend for it to be, but while name and ownership have changed, the customer base appears to be the same.

The real pisser is the bar increased their footprint on the property while demanding more from the parking lot company.

We began paying $150 a season to park in that lot, it got to $350 last season and in the meantime the bar made some stupid demands and they jacked the season rate to $500 this year while decreasing the number of parking spaces by nearly 30 best I can tell.
