Hardy not coming back after 6 games

meanwhile, despite news that the first cop on the scene at the MacDonald house, where MacDonald's fiance showed "visible injuries" was a personal friend of MacDonald and worked part time for the Niner organization, Ray still plays.

so sick of one set of rules for small market teams and another for large market teams.

sad when pleading guilty may be your best option, even if you're innocent

BTW there's almost no chance he gets a trial in November. trial dates mean pretty much nothing in NC. most likely his trial won't be until 2015 at the earliest, possibly not even till 2016

It's possible because of how high profile it is and the fact that he is basically not allowed to work until the trial concludes that they will make special effort to expedite the process.

Do you really think Hardy would give up six game checks voluntarily? The dude is all about the scratch and wouldn't give up a few millon bucks. The reason he agreed to the exempt status was about being paid while sitting at the house.Once the Panthers agreed to pay him, it was a done deal.

I've seen nothing that suggests that this will happen. If this were the case I think they would already be pushing for an earlier trial and it would have been reported.

Good point I didn't think about that, It would put her in great shape to get what she probably has always and only wanted, completely unearned money.

I could see a settlement with an undisclosed amount of money going to the crackhead to agree

not to sue.  If this drags into the 2015 season, that will be his best choice.  His value drops daily when

he doesn't play.

So Money > Values, Public Perception and Integrity?

It's about what is in his best interest at this point. I am not sure what this has to do with values and integrity, Whether he pleads guilty or not it doesn't change what happened, and his public perception is completely screwed anyways.

If he wants to go through with the trail and clear his name that's cool and I understand the thinking. I just think it is the prideful choice not the smart one.

To straight up answer the question though. Yes, Money>Everthing else.

That is a weak-minded way of thinking and I can't say I respect your opinion in anyway whatsoever. Carry on if you'd like but I'm done.

He is cashing huge checks every week. I don't think they are worried about him not having to show up to his job.

I'm just offering some reason for optimism. Courts can and have in the past considered such circumstances in how they handle the case.

Also, I pmed both you and Zod. Do you get notifications for those? Just asking for a response from a mod. What is the best way in the future to go about that? Thanks.
