Is yet another blowout enough to get Ron Rivera fired?

Spent a ton of time at UNC amd always been a fan, just got too good of a scholarship offer elsewhere to pay my way to go there.

How can you have such an inferiority complex for another university? Maybe you should focus your thesis on why NCSU has that inferiority complex. Hopefully you can fit it around your packed schedule. It's getting that time of year when it's probably tough to get time off at Wal-Mart. But, having an actual job probably places you pretty highly in the NCSU hierarchy, so congrats!

Holy poo... ECU? Damn, you couldn't even get into NCSU? LOL!

Actually, the only two schools I applied to was ECU and Lenoir-Rhyne. The reason I applied to Lenoir-Rhyne is because they offered me a full ride on a music scholarship which I turned down because I had to get away from western North Carolina.

That said, ECU has a great atmosphere that really has a grasp on you once you experience it. Did I mention I actually was offered a scholarship by Cornell for grad school? Keep buying your wal-mart knock off gear and continue to put down other schools because UNC has the exact opposite of an inferiority complex. You are so concerned with being the best school that you fail to realize that other schools have accomplished quite a bit, despite being 13th and 14th in line for funding in the UNC school system.

Cool story bro. Hope you can feel accomplished in life at some point without continually trying to bring up UNC at every turn. It's pathetic and you should stop. It reeks of inferiority complex. Just saying.

Okay... What was the score the past 20 years before that...

Or did you just start pulling for them this year? I've never seen so many closet ECU fans.

And lol at FCS football being comparable to anything any team for that matter has done in the FBS.

The only FCS school worth a damn is NDSU

Competition is relative. As an FCS school you recruit to play FCS schools. And I actually went to ECU, and had been a fan since I was 13 of the school itself. And to answer your first question, Appalachian had two losing seasons in 20+ years, 11 conference championships, and 3 national championships, as well as a win over a top 5 team. None of which UNC can attest to in any 20 year stretch at any point in their football history. Appalachian actually had a season in the 1930's where they only gave up points in one game, playing at the same level as UNC. Point being, competition is relative and App does more with less funding from the same place UNC gets their money from, and there is no doubt the UNC School System in and of itself is corrupt.

Don't fuging bro me. It's ridiculous, and I'm tired of reading posts by you and several others that have no logical reasoning, and no statistics or proof to back them up other than you're obviously biased perception on what is actually wrong with this damn team. If it weren't so illogical it would be okay but to see someone say Foucalt played well considering who he is baffles me. He showed he wouldn't even be physical enough to practice against. Now enjoy your mediocrity in one way or another. UNC or Panthers, or paper classes that no doubt involved at least one student having a rental car paid for by a "donor".

Dude. You're off your fuging rocker. You're the one who forced UNC into this thread. Please point out to me where I've said anything about Foucault other than that I fully expected him to suck. If you're gonna try to talk poo, at least make sure you understand who you're talking poo to. You clearly have me confused with another poster. You're a moron with an inferiority complex. You probably can't fix the former, but you should try to work on the latter.

I can handle losing but RON is gutless. What good does punting the ball down 18 with 4 minutes left do

I felt like going for the FG instead of the TD was the nail int he coffin on his tenure here. I was wrong, it was certainly the punt.

The man is a coward and the team is a reflection of him.

He converted all 13 of his field goal tries with a 100% conversion rate that led all FBS kickers with at least 12 attempts. Fitzgerald was also perfect on his 14 extra points. He will compete with Matthew Wright for the Panthers’ kicking job in training camp. Harrison-Hunte went undrafted despite a strong showing at the Combine. He’s an older prospect who will turn 25 by the start of his rookie year, but he had just one season of sustained production at SMU after five years at Miami. Still, he earned first-team All-ACC honors in 2024 with 8.5 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks and will push for a roster spot in Carolina as an athletic interior disruptor.   more at the link https://www.profootballrumors.com/2025/05/panthers-sign-19-undrafted-free-agents
