Philadelphian Debauchery

I'm attending the Philly game with my best friend. Albeit he's a Beagles fan, it's his 21st birthday and also the 2nd anniversary of his mother's passing from cancer. It will be an emotional time which we intend on filling with ample debauchery.

So my question is, mostly about bars and other places of self-indulgence, what are some good locations around Philly worth going to?

Where to go in Phily? Chicago is a great town and only a short plane ride from Phily.

I mentioned this in Zod's thread but all I got to offer up is Chickies and Pete's. It's a restaurant close to the stadium complex. Crab fries are good and waitresses are hot by Phily/Jersey standards.

so youre taking a friend and allowing him to wear a jersey for another team which isnt even his own.

His grandparents bought the ticket for me, I wasn't gonna complain. He's always been a Philly fan though. Little does he know I'm undefeated when I attend Panther games, so joke's on him.

    • No one way to do it, it does appear that with the bigger draft picks of the last 5 years…..majority haven’t steered clear of young QBs on the roster being their hopeful guy. Especially past their rookie seasons but even some the biggest ones have had it early.   As far as Andy Dalton, the two young guys he has “mentored”…..have had very rough NFL starts.  Which really ask the why the heck is Dalton here.   He doesn’t really check any box.  No young potential.  Can’t step in and win.  And his mentor track record with Fields and now Bryce is bad
    • I had thought the Panthers might let him play out his contract this year and hope he stays healthy. If not draft a left tackle and move Ekwonu to right tackle.
    • Frankly, if most teams in the NFL lose their starting QB for a significant amount of time, they're screwed. The fantasy is that one has a future Tony Romo or a Nick Foles that can carry a stacked team. The reality is that you might get roughly 3~5 games out of your backup before it all falls apart. Remember all of Peyton Manning's backups? Utterly terrible. Speaking of backup QB's, Raiders may need one. https://www.nfl.com/news/raiders-qb-aidan-o-connell-suffered-fractured-wrist-in-preseason-finale-expected-to-be-out-6-8-weeks
