Wat Cardinal fans are saying

I predicted CARDS and BENGALS to go to the Superbowl. However, this is before the Cardinals had there QB struggles. If we can just keep up the intense defense, and cram the ball down their throat, we have a great chance of winning. We start losing when we get Cocky and complacent.

The key will be getting an early lead.  Carolina is a team built to play with a lead, even a small one.  That way they focus on what the Panthers do best - running the football and rushing the QB to get sacks/turnovers.  I don't see this happening with Lindley as their starting QB but they HAVE to get the lead early.

This really hit home yesterday. It seems that when they have the lead, teams don't come back on them. I feel like we haven't lost a big lead since Ron's been here. On the other hand, I don't remember them coming back from being way down either...

Riverboat Ron will absolutely need to be active for this game, we have to be aggressive. Field goals are not going to cut it.

Bruce Arians is not at all afraid to be aggressive.

Arians will have his DBs play man....and bring the house at Cam. Not sure our WRs can get open.

Grinding out 28 and Cam will be huge. Also we have to win the turnover battle. D has to get turnovers. Multiple

This is where not having a deep threat at WR really hurts.  You're right, Arizona is going to blitz, a LOT.  It's going to be a very similar defensive gameplan to what they did in 2013.  Not having a speedy WR that can beat the single man coverage deep is going to hurt.  Greg Olsen up the seam might be the best option.

philly is our only chance at that.

I actually think that ballhawk cb's, such as Peterson, are a much tougher match-up for cam than a shut-down cb such as Sherman. Cam's going to have a couple errant throws, having someone that athletic back there to make plays on them is a recipe for disaster. I think this game is going to be much closer than it should be.

It should be a very tough game for us...

Defensively, AZ has to like the matchup they have.

ST they have to like it.

They win those 2 phases....they have to feel good about there odds
