If you are a team with a winning legacy, a winning tradition and a team of consistent achievers, you will get the benefit of the doubt with the refs. Not happening with the Panthers anytime soon...

He was okay through the air but phenomenal on the ground.

Cam didn't have his best night for sure. However, the refs just sucked on both sides. Bad calls all around for both teams.

Cam had a solid game, more gutsy than skilled.  He had a few bad passes but he had even more passes dropped by receivers that should have been caught.  The INT wasn't on him, that was Cotchery giving up on the play.  Cam's real value in games like this is his toughness and determination.  Lesser QBs, and Cam of a few years ago, would have let the game spiral into oblivion.  Today he didn't do that.

Also, the OL did well occasionally but there were defenders in Cam's face a LOT.  He was getting the poo beat out of him for a while.

And yea, the refs were pretty bad.  There was 1 or 2 iffy PI calls that went our way, but there were numerous CRITICAL bad calls that went against us.
