Starting with this...

Greg Olsen

Big thanks to Greg, not just for being a great player and great teammate, but for being a perfect example of the "keep pounding" philosophy both on and off the field.

That third round pick we gave up was absolute thievery.

Kelvin Benjamin - 1k yards on a run first offense with a terrible OC and subpar OL? Hell yeah!

CB's - young guys balled out, something we sorely needed.

58 and 59 - what's left to say? Best LB tandem in the NFL hands down.

Rivera - despite his flaws he did a great job righting the shio, keeping the guys focused and fighting. Guys gush about his leadership.

Gettleman - didn't have the FA success he enjoyed last year but the rookies he brought in played huge roles.

To the whole 53 and the Coaching staff.

A lot of us fans were willing to pack it in at 3-8-1.

You guys demonstrated what the heart of a pro athlete and will of a professional coaching staff really is by not doing what it was so easy for us fans to do.

Proud to be a Panthers fan.

Absolutely nothing but praise for Thomas Davis.  This generation's Sam Mills.

Moments of regression aside, I think we all saw Cam take another step forward last night.  This in spite of tons of injuries and an, at times, terrible offensive line.

Wilks and the entire d coaching corps....that side of the ball had to re-tool the whole secondary and deal with Hardy getting cast out for, at best, questionable reasons for an entire season, and the d still did enough this season to get us our first consecutive division championship.

Rivera, if nothing else, got the team to rally these last few weeks....all we can do is hope that he finally learns from his mistakes this offseason and we stop having these slow starts.

And lastly, I'd like to thank you for all you've done for this board over the years, Mr Scot.  You're always a good read, have some of the most intelligent posts here, and seem to be a good guy in life too.

    • Young quarterbacks Drake Maye, Bo Nix, and Bryce Young have led their teams to undefeated records since October.   Drake Maye has guided the New England Patriots to a 5-0 record in that period, with 2,285 passing yards and 17 touchdowns in nine games. Bo Nix has directed the Denver Broncos to a 5-0 stretch, throwing for 1,976 yards and 17 touchdowns, contributing to a 7-2 overall start. Bryce Young, in his second season, has led the Carolina Panthers to a 4-0 run since October, accumulating 1,390 yards and 11 touchdowns amid a 4-4 record.   Undefeated QBs since start of October (min. 4 starts)   Drake Maye 5-0 Bo Nix 5-0 Bryce Young 4-0   Bryce Young when asked about his mindset during game winning drives: "You don’t rise to the occasion you fall back to the level of your training."
    • 1. Cowboys-No explanation needed. 2. Rest of NFC South equally. If I had to pick I would say Falcons.    3. Eagles- Both of the games I have attended there the fans were so horrible. The fan base is so ridiculously misbehaved, I’ve never seen such immaturity. 4- Lions- I have cousins in Michigan that grew up Lions fans and they are some of the most obnoxious people I have ever met, as are all of their Lions buddies. The NFL has been lucky that Detroit has been in the cellar for its eternity.    5. Tie between Bears and Vikings. Both act like Steelers, Cowboys, Niners fans do with nostalgia and legendary seasons but neither have ever really had them. They act like they each won 5 super bowls in previous decades but never accomplished poo outside of Chicago in 85.
    • You play the Saints that is great news for your O line.
