Would love this.

Sign Dunlap, get an impact pass rusher or wide receiver.

Dunlap would be nice, you gotta think tackle is at the top of the free agent list. Not gonna get a young elite tackle but some good veteran players is good enough

If you're referring to King Dunlap, he has already been re-signed.

Both posts were from 11 February, brah.

My bad.

Sucks that he is gone though, not that any of us probably believed we would target him. On the flip side, we probably all figured somewhere within the recesses of our mind, that Oher would be.

Perhaps we can get the same kind of outcome on the cheap. That's what I'll be dreaming...

New York-based Barry Wilner, who has been with the Associated Press for just over 39 years, has us taking Erving in his latest mock, writing:

"Someone on the offensive line is headed for Charlotte. The Panthers have several options here, and will go for versatility and a proven winner."

    • I honestly can’t believe this team’s turnaround this season. It’s surreal. Figured healthy we’d be fringe playoffs and with another lottery pick could finally turn the corner, but we don’t even need that. This group is ready. We haven’t played remotely well the last 5 games and yet still blew out 5 bad teams by 16+ each game like it was casual practice. We had a few solid teams with Kemba and Big Al but this is easily our best group since the original Hornets moved to NO. Man, what a shift in culture this new ownership group and front office has brought. So damn happy to see it after years of suffering and consistently meaningless games in this stretch of previous seasons.   Only 2.5 games out of the 6 seed, although Miami, Atlanta and Orlando have been playing well too. Gonna be a fun final stretch, hopefully we can get a top 8 seed at the very least. Celtics tomorrow will be a good test. Would be huge to keep the road winning streak up against a very hot top team on the 2nd half of a back to back. We’ve played Boston pretty well the last few years with much of this same group despite sucking so I do feel pretty good about it. Kon is due for a huge game coming off a few cold shooting games (although despite the poor shooting he’s been contributing well with defense, assists and rebounds).
    • It amazes me how underrated Horn has become after he finally was able to stay on the field. Sure last year wasn’t perfect but he was still a huge reason for our rebound defensively and I’d say he’s easily a top 10 corner. You don’t want to see Mike Jackson as our top corner. Any player is available for the right price but I’d be extremely hesitant to move Horn even for a big haul from LA.
