Ex-greats like Greg Lloyd, Reggie White, and Eric Swann played (or tried to play) for the Panthers late in their careers.

Guys like that are what I always think of whenever someone starts suggesting we shell out big money for some past his prime guy that gets cut somewhere else.

The 'worst all time starter' thread got me thinking of random stuff, so I thought I'd put it in a separate thread.

Who else remembers that Natrone Means once played here?

 

I'll always remember because he lived on my cul-de-sac for like 7 years but his friends basically lived there more and threw some crazy parties.

david carr taking off on a busted play and leaping headfirst over a handful of tacklers, earning everyone's respect and reminding us that we were gonna turn our franchise around with him at the helm

Only game I attended that year, against the bucs, proceeds to get our asses beat after that gloved flip.
