mmm. See the kind of bulbs we have on the tree here? Let them be blissfully happy their Dad got them a bag of dog poop for Christmas and they love it and think it's great? Is that what you want?

Please enlighten me on who you recommend we get then?

A kid in the first round, Since those guys are just guaranteed to be the solution.  Oher was more hyped coming out a few years back than Any OT coming out in this years draft.  It wasn't like he was bad his first 2-3 years prior to his toes  injury (which you can see very similar injury pretty much kept Stewart out of the game the last few years.)

Oher's first 2 season's (which happened to be under current coach on our staff) were better than Eric Fishers, Luke Jockel, DJ Fluker, Matt Kalil, Greg Robinson (all drafted in the top 15 the last few season's)

Nobody likes a show-off. Don't you know that there's no place on this board for your fancy book learned, coherent, logic based and rational discussions?

If you're not willing to conform to the doom and gloom, and the Chicken Little sky is falling mentality, that has become the defining hallmark of this forum, then I suggest you find a more suitable outlet to advance your twisted narrative. We just can't risk allowing your level headed opinions to ruin all the hate, pessimism and fatalistic expectations many of us

have work so hard to achieve and believe about our beloved Panthers. We don't need your kind here. it's very confusing to all of us real fans.

He looked better than ever throwing the ball early in the season last year, then the hits started to take their toll. If we'll actually protect the guy, I think we'll see him make major strides as a pure passer.

I just hope he isnt hopelessly gun shy already.  Carr never overcame it.

Sounds like I missed a lot. I will never miss another we signed Michael Oher thread as long as I live.

    • All three charlotte Observer predictors took the Panthers to beat the Jets last week, so the margin among the trio has stayed the same. Fowler maintains a hefty lead at 6-1 over Kaye (2-5) and Zietlow (2-5). Fowler: Panthers 27, Bills 26. Even as I write this, I am having a hard time believing I am going to pick against reigning MVP Josh Allen and Buffalo. But the Panthers are a far better team when playing at home (3-0). The Panthers at least have a shot if they play turnover-free football and run the ball at least 35-40 times against Buffalo’s 31st-ranked rushing defense (with 70% of those carries going to Rico Dowdle, preferably). Put me down for an upset and, hey, if it doesn’t work out, at least I’m giving my colleagues a chance to catch up. Kaye: Bills 27, Panthers 24. I think this game will be close, regardless of who will be at QB for Carolina. The Panthers should have plenty of success on the ground with a few Tetairoa McMillan moments sprinkled in. Josh Allen, though, can be a monster on the football field, and it’s late October. Zietlow: Bills 38, Panthers 21. Trust me, I’ve heard the same things you have. The Bills haven’t beaten a team over .500 yet. They’ve lost two straight. The Panthers brought in former Bills quarterback Mike White to the practice squad to find a competitive edge. Etc. Etc. But this is a game the Bills need to win in order to get on the right track — and a bye week of preparation will only help Josh Allen and the rest of the team in this effort. I think the Panthers hold close for a while, but then the Bills pull away at the end.
    • Stop Allen, and the Bills are done Take a page from the Atlanta DC on blitzes he does not handle well and male sure gap integrity is held   And hit him
    • Anthony Richardson has been plagued by injuries and what does his play have to do with Hendon.  Richardson was a combine warrior his passing stats in college never showed elite he was drafted on potential. Hendon was an elite passer in college and is near the top of all time Tennessee passing stats.  The jury is still out on what Hooker ability at this level is.
