Peter King's 1st round predictions

Man you gotta take off the homer glasses!!  I don't personally think Agholor is worth a first round pick.  If he's there when the Panthers pick in the 2nd you have to jump on him though.

Answer my question. Would Beckham, KB and Brown/Ginn be a top WR group? Being high on Agholor is not being a homer. I think he can be that good. If you have a different opinion then I respect that but don't be calling me a homer because that has nothing to do with it. Agholor will be picked in the 1st, 100%.

Top 10, not top 5.  Done making lists for you friend.  And I'll remember you saying Agholor is going in the 1st...

Odell Beckham and Kelvin Benjamin would be top 10 not top 5? Lol. I'm done with you. Remember that and don't disappear when it happens Thursday.

Sure, having KB and OBJ would be close to top 5, but I do think the Giants are interested in making that move. Agholor doesn't have half the talent of OBJ and anybody that thinks that doesn't know what they are looking at. If Agholor is the highest receiver left on our board, pick #25 won't be a receiver.

Hahah who fuging cares about some wild hypothetical dude.  You're the one who came out with a ridiculous brash "Panthers would have a Top 5 WR corp with Agholor" then got proven wrong by a bunch of posters...please think before you post.  It's ok to be high on a guy but relax and make quality posts.

"Got proven wrong" Right, because everybody here can see into the future and knows how well Agholor will play in the league. I meant to type "could" but regardless I still stand by it 100%. I guess we're not allowed to make predictions on here. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Welp, King is wrong yet again.

Do you know that we don't like Agholor in the 1st? If so what do you make about Gettleman's repeated quotes about complete WRs who can run the full tree. He again brought up Beckham as a complete route runner like he did Maclin before that today during a general WR question. That leads me to believe he really likes WRs in that mold and Agholor certainly is. He isn't OBJ(that's Cooper) but he could very well be on Maclin's level as a prospect and Gettleman thought he was a mid teens pick in 2009.

    • You must be one of these "one move away guys."
    • ESPN has a whole is just hot takes and the dumbest takes possible. That is why it sucks so badly. They intentionally drag everything down to a lightspeed retarded level so that it is unwatchable. No jounalism, no nuance, no in depth analysis....just idiot after idiot blabbering/shouting about some hot button issue that they really have no real strong opinions about until the camera is rolling.
    • Young is the overwhelming priority. We have ample time on them and it's far easier to pivot at WR than QB. Remember that 2026 is year 4 for Bryce. That is 5th year option decision time and also the prime time to attempt to regain resources if a pivot is made. The odds of gaining any assets in a trade afterwards plumment very rapidly(all this depending on performance, obviously). At the end of that cycle, now we are likely in a $45+ million territory for him to remain.  So that decision trumps all others by a mile when it comes to personnel.
