So I was looking at the coaches page on the team site to see if there was a bio for new Special Teams Coach Russ Purnell up yet (there's a link, but no info) when I noticed something different.

 

I was wondering how the team would work around having two "assistant defensive backs" coaches with Richard Rodgers being reassigned to a job that was already manned by someone else (Curtis Fuller).  And now, I know the answer.

 

Fuller is now listed as the "nickel back coach".

 

Don't know how many other teams, if any, actually have a 'nickel back coach', but now we do.
