Support shrinking in the wake of poor Panthers preseason

John Rohner is a big Panthers fan. He has had season tickets since 1997. He lives in Myrtle Beach, commuting with his wife four hours each way to most home games to sit in their upper-deck seats in Section 534. Before the Rohners moved to Myrtle Beach in 2004, they commuted from Columbus, Ohio ndash; seven hours each way ndash; to the majority of Panthers home games.p/But Rohner grew disgusted with the Panthers during their 0-4 preseason. He has sold his two tickets for the season opener against Philadelphia.

the two things that make panthers fans a laughing stock:

1) the people who shush the fans who get loud and stand up calling security on them

2) those who have already given up

what a bunch of losers. find a new team to call yourselves a fan of. you're making the rest of the fan base look really stupid.

    • Watching games this year again and Bryce missed a wide open XL many times and some of them were in the endzone. I get the kid has mental lapses and hasn't broke out yet, but this is year three on a rookie deal! Cutting bait now is too early. If he hasn't gained anymore trust from his QB, posted any highlights, little production, or outright gets beat out then we can talk movement.
    • Samesies   I truly may just cash completely out of Panther football if we give him a long term deal that isnt necessary.  I have watched NFL for 50 years now and I can without a shadow of a doubt say you cannot win consistently with BY.  Way too many limitations to deal with.   I may come back around in 3 years when the inevitable happens and all parties are either cut and/or fired.  Giving him a deal before this season so you hopefully can get him cheaper in case he "blows up" or if you truly believe that he will has to be the most moronic decision a gm can make when the evidence is laid before you with different players
    • This is the one! I was at that game and all KB had to do was lay down on the corner after the pick or make an obvious tag while he was down. He had already ran a lazy route. Then if Cam would've just walked to the sideline like most elite QBs instead of trying to make the tackle.  A lot of people bring up the TJ Watt hit, but he just reaggravated a bunch of scar tissue from that play. And every Cam hater said that the running did him in and it was a dive tackle attempt on an interception that initially began the shoulder deterioration. He still went to New England later and would've got them in the playoffs had their A team not sat out the covid year. We quit on him too early. But hey how good was Teddy? Am I right?
