Wasn't Kerry's jaw broken by madman Romanowski during a game?  Totally different than being punched in the locker room, unless Kerry's jaw was also broken by a teammate punching him.

Collins was also punched by a teammate, reportedly for using a racial slur.

Yes but it was unrelated to his broken jaw which happened on the field. A closer situation would be Steve Smith ending the careers of a few teamates.

I thought NFL Live was going to double slam us last night... They led with the fight between Newton and Norman and missed the perfect opportunity to segue into "and from a pair of Carolina Panthers fighting to a former Carolina Panther known for fighting, Steve Smith today announced that this would be his last year in the NFL..."

They didn't, and I am both glad and disappointed at the same time.

IMHO it says a lot about a "news" source that has to lead with a story about a fight and not a potential HOFer announcing that this will be his last year. Both NFL Live and NFL Total Access did this.
