Game Night!  I have to treat myself, but my treating myself is not usually a treat to others. That being said, I think I am getting one of these tonight, I am going to add some pineapple tidbits, and sprinkle it with onion powder, garlic powder, a little light red pepper, black pepper, and top it off with some Parmesan cheese. I will cook it directly on the rack.
