The rules of Bank of America stadium state that: "no flags or banners expressing support of opposing teams may be affixed to or displayed on any surface. Hand held signs that are in compliance with the balance of this policy are acceptable"

i'd let his little 48hrs expire.. and see what kind of empty threat he will have next...

Someone seriously thinks they can force a trial? That's not how the legal system work. "Pressing charges" essentially means you want the police to look into something. You can't force the state to finance a criminal trial just because you're butthurt.
