If the team isn't satisfied which is apparent by Ron not giving them the day off today so they can work on things then I'm not going to be satisfied. There are obvious areas for improvement. There is nothing wrong with discussing them. I'd rather discuss Panthers football than participate in a circle jerk about how we are the greatest team ever.

above poster is correct.. field position would have been better if he batted it away..  hes still young.  with a young player attitude.  that catch cost him alot of pride.  im sure he will do it different next time.

Norman's confidence is way too high, he is on himself way too much, for him to degrade himself saying he made a mistake, that boy is in a contract year he means to do everything he does on the field

Gonna be hard to get a deal done with Norman.  I think he would rather find that one team to drastically overpay him and simply not care about who it is.....

Great talent, but that was a selfish play. Kind of the knock on him early in his career. He has to be a smarter, team player in that situation. 

All that said, he's an absolute beast in coverage and tackling. Unfortunately I don't see Gettleman giving him the contract he's looking for.
