Romo has been smashed around as much as any QB in the league over the years and has still produced as one of the top QBs in the league.

Soft? lol

Like I said in a previous thread and got bashed for it. Romo is soft

Cam has been hit more than in QB in the league.  Your love affair with Romo leads you blind.

If I were giving out 6 drum sticks mine would look like this:

Offense: Cam, Cotch, JStew

Defense: Luke, Coleman, TD (Maybe Norman because Dez has been irrelevant in this game)

4 FGs by Gano...he might get one too

I think we have to keep Norman now. There may be a few others that are let go to facilitate (CJ), but Norman must be retained.

    • Horn is made to be a press man CB no doubt.  He claimed we don't have the personnel (talent) to play straight up man.
    • Not when said QB is Josh Allen, it would be like when Andy Reid retires in the next few years and KC making the hire without involving Mahomes in the discussion at all. When you have a QB like they, they 100% should be involved in the discussions to make sure there is alignment and the QB/HC will mesh well together.  I'm sure they didn't just let him make the decision as that would be dumb, but it would be even dumber to have not involved him in the process at all.
    • The press conference was ugly and would make any coach a little concerned about working for said owner. But HC jobs for the team with the best QB in the league in the middle of his prime don't come around too often.  I think every candidate would be able to look past the owner in this situation to get a chance at having Allen's prime years to chase a ring. I still think if they lose in the first round and thus fired McDermott a week earlier, Harbaugh very likely would have been their next HC, but this all happened after he was already lined up with the Giants.
