I think the #1 rule of "man code" would be the ability to discern the situation and not go flying off the rails -
I thought the whole time our RBs are weak. Sanders is meh and Hubbard is a great backup. Nothing helps a young QB like great RB. Brooks is 220lbs with soft hands, good speed and vision. He’s compared to Jamaal Charles a lot. Benson is a dark horse…. His vision is not great but he’s a nightmare in open field. Reminds me of Alvin Kamara. -
Imo you become an NFL HC at 42 for 2 reasons: you're a smart guy who is good at your job or nepotism. Now he could definitely fail at this level, I am not blindly saying he is going to be a great NFL HC, but I think it's fair assumption to say he has proven himself as a pretty smart dude who understands football, up to this point in his career.. which is all we have to base on.
