"WBTV's Molly Grantham met up with Kuechly in uptown Charlotte Friday night and the pair hopped into a limo.  "

In some ways, I kinda wish this story *didn't* get press.  That Luke went off and did this on his own, without fanfare. How much coverage would it get if we weren't at the top of the division?

On the other hand, I kinda wish this story got more airplay because it's a great story.

I think JR (and Rivera, and the other coaches) would love for Panthers players to be finalists (and winners) of the Walter Payton award every year. Don't let that trophy ever leave the Panthers locker room.  Wouldn't it be great for TD to hand the trophy over to Greg Olsen next year (and then Greg pass it on to Luke or whomever, etc etc)?  http://www.nfl.com/manoftheyear

I see what you're saying, but the publicity is what helps the organization that arranged this, not Luke (as I'm sure you'd agree).

LOL @ Molly running her hand through her hair, batting her eyes, putting her hand on her face and giggling at Luke's every comment and grabbing his arm.

She wanted to fug Luke right there in that limo and probably had sprinklers going off in her pants.

Sprinklers in her pants. Ima keep that for later use.

Way to stay classy.....Sorry, just realized you were talking about the reporter, not the girl with autism.  My bad.

But...but....but...I thought you couldn't win with a team full of choir boys!!!

JK

Great story.  Proud of this team in so many ways.

Some of those fans do not know the difference between "choir boys" and players with high character.....we have the latter.  And I love it.
