I'm now inspired to make my own quiz:

1) Who played for the Panthers for the first 15 years of the teams existence?
2) What is "X-Clown"?
3) What is the worst record the Panthers have ended a season with?
4) Which NFL team did head coach Ron Rivera play for?
5) Which NFL team did owner Jerry Richardson play for?
6) The team's last 3 playoff bids (2008, 2013, 2014) were all ended by teams from which division?
7) How many times have the Panthers had back to back winning seasons?
8) What team did the Panthers play in their very first preseason game?
9) Where did the Panthers play their home games in their first season?
10) In 2005, Steve Smith achieved the "Triple Crown". What is that?

Question 8. - The Jags - in the Hall of Fame game. I was there! Whoop!

First real games was vs. ATL and we almost won - were lined up for a 2 pointer to take the lead at the end of reg., but someone jumped off sides and we kicked an extra point. Went on the lose that game and the next four. Won the first real game against the Jets.

    • I wonder if they'd consider trading Rasheed Walker to a team that needs tackle help but missed out in the draft?
    • LOL. This is such a Panthers fan take.  Anyone who falls to us must suck because some other team didn't take them before.  We got lucky with Lemon, Thieneman, and Freeling all falling to us (honestly any of the three is a A+) but the WR and S positions are much deeper than the LT position in this draft.  We got the LT w/ the most upside at 19.  Mauigoa played RT in college and some think he is a guard in the nfl.  Spano played RT in college and some think he is a guard in the NFL due to short arms.  Blake Miller played RT in college and is not as good as Freeling.  Proctor is a true LT but his ability to handle quick edge's worries me (see Icky).  Freeling is a true LT and a gifted pass protector.  Many think he has a very high ceiling and will benefit from not having to start right away.  This is how you build a franchise.
    • After watching Cam get killed for years behind a bad Oline and having to watch the 2021 and 2023 Olines I will never complain about this team putting resources into that spot.  We got a true LT who could really push Rasheed Walker for the day 1 job. Go back and watch Iceky's draft profile from 2022 and all the talk was Ickey would be an all-pro guard in a zone blocking scheme, but he could play LT in a gap power run scheme. That's why Ickey looked really good when Wilks took over and we just started running gap run plays and just mauled people up front but under Canales we've been more of a zone running team. Ickey can survive at LT with his pass blocking but his true strength will always be his ability to just move guys in the run game and that's a skill set that's better used at guard.  Take another OT later on day 3 to learn from Moton to take over RT in a couple of years and let Walker and Freeling battle it out for the day 1 LT job then next offseason trade one of Hunt of Lewis and let Ickey move inside to guard.
