Impact of Norman/OBJ vs Falcons

I think the actions of last week could have an impact this week. 

Norman is a very physical DB.  I think refs likely will be influenced to watch him extra hard and everything he does.

Impact? I think if he gets to the WR even ever so slightly before the ball.....refs are going to flag him on Sunday.   I think all DBs gets away with holding, early contact, etc. I don't think Norman does this week....which will give Juilo an edge he doesn't need. 

Carolina D is starting to look suspect.  Big game for them.  They are very inconsistent of late

I dont see it having much of any affect. The officiating is just too inconsistant to think of as a cohesive thing that reacts predictably.

Defense has played pretty damn well with the exception of a couple lapses, probably why they're consistently ranked in the top 5. I don't think we see anything like yesterday in the playoffs.

Julio Jones doesn't run his mouth, he's not a punk bitch like Beckham.  Also, Norman usually shuts down Jones so it should be a non-story anyway.

NFL is a reactionary league at all levels IMO.  This was the biggest story of the week.

2 of the last 3 weeks they have allowed 38 and 35 pts.

As long as they call it the same on both sides of the ball we should be alright. I know most people think Beckham caused Josh to act like he did not the other way around. I would rather they call it close instead of too loose.

The closes game this year was the Saints. Other than that a couple comebacks. And yesterdays comeback was due to no Stewart so we will be fine. I really count this as a blowout imo cause if Stew was in we wouldve not fumbled and gave short field. We wouldve controlled the clock better. When you have a player that gets the ball over 20 times a game and have to air it it makes a difference.

If there is any affect at all it will be on the defense eating the Falcons offense alive again.

I feel the Refs will be much better this week. i really doubt the NFL will retaliate on Norman because he restrained himself in the game. I will promise though we will have officials that will call a  good game though.
