This team is falling apart.. Man I'm very worried about the trajectory of this team and the trend right now. Key guys are mentally checked out and mentally exhausted (Cam, Keek and Norman) we literally have no pass rush, depleted secondary..

We are still suspect after a bye, don't be surprised to see a Cardinals level type meltdown game in the divisional round. Fug!

chill out jeremy

Did they though?  Did they?  People are acting like the last 5 quarters constitute some sort of unstoppable avalanche of catastrophe.  This is the god damn NFL.  If a bunch of players on your team are having bad days, as ours were, mixed in with some poor coaching decisions, you're gonna get beat.  There's a reason only one team has ever gone undefeated all the way.

Yeah we've got weaknesses.  Every team does.  But we are far from hopelessly outmatched by anyone.  Our guys just need to refocus and play like a unit again.  And they will.  Calm the hell down.

We played so poorly on Sunday that there really isn't much to learn from the tape for opposing teams. We sucked in all phases, played timidly, had no rhythm, no drive, no energy.

Heck, the best thing that could happen to us is for an opponent to try and game plan for us based on that Atlanta game.

On to the Tampa game and then the playoffs. We'll spend a lot of time in Charlotte and there will be plenty to cheer for.

14-1 and now we're the worst team in the league.  Da fuq?

we have problems on defense if you hadnt noticed dude. thats concerning...you dont flip on the chemistry/refocus switch and everything is fine... I didnt like the effort for a shot to go to 15-0.. I'm ok with it though, we can play with any team...

I bet you buy a lot of insurance that you don't need.

    • While I agree with you in spirit my gut and my heart says I'm not falling for this again until I see consistent results across the entire upcoming season. Then I'll breathe a sigh of relief and truly feel better about the future.
    • After some time to process and also in light of other small markets being successful and not requiring top overall picks to compete. This years finals looming large. While I readily acknowledge the league office clearly despises our franchise and has absolutely no qualms about us getting the short end of any stick in the draft lottery. The Hornets may just be doomed regardless due to their own mismanagement and inability to draft and develop legitimate playoff worthy talent. And we seemingly always pick the wrong player in the draft. I mean at this point we can even take a hard look at the 2020 draft and someone like Haliburton going pick 12 while Ball went 3rd. Did we draft the wrong guy or are we just that inept at any level of talent development or is it a mixture of both? Looks the latter right now.
    • I feel we are already moving in a better direction before we even take a snap this season.  We have hope now.  People are talking about us brewing something special. Remember how dismal things were when Rhule was here?
