I am overly excited about this guy.  He looked great in the preseason and it appears Panther players have nothing but great things to say about his ability.

Hopefully he knows the system and will get some playing experience once we are blowing out the Seahawks by 3 or 4 scores.

Agree. After Bene went down, I think I remember Norman telling a reporter that the answer was already on the roster, referring to Lou Young. So, seems like they like him. We'll see what he's got. If he gets a jersey, he might not get much more than ST time, but you never know.

Best of luck to, abd glad to have Lou Young, but whatever happened to TJ Heath? People were raving about that kid. We signed him off the street and he made waves his first day of camp or something.

is this the guy that intercepts Payton Manning at the end of the game to win it?

Lol @ the Broncos making it to the Super Bowl. I mean it could happen. But KC and Pittsburgh are the healthiest teams in the AFC field. KC has the most momentum, while Pittsburgh has just enough defense and a stellar offense. Wouldn't surprise me at all to see those two in the AFCCG.

    • After last season, it was the same question. And the answer most people came to was "If he doesn't make the playoffs, he's gone." He made the playoffs. No matter how it was done, we made it to the playoffs. He's safe. He's going to have a chance to keep working this out, even if next season isn't a playoff one.  I think we'll do better next year than we did this season. There's something being built here.
    • The NBA is a very fickle league. Kon is one of the hottest rookies in years and beyond just his play on the court he is a very steady competitor and that translates to the rest of the team. That has been a glaring absence with the culture of this franchise through the bulk of the LaMelo Ball years that's just being completely blunt and realistic. The enigma of LaMelo Ball is he is entering year 6 and still either red hot or ice cold. We need him to find that sweet spot. Logic dictates the Hornets will want to see this core again next year. But the clock is beyond ticking at this point. It's put up or shut up. Especially considering what the Thunder managed to do recently. I'm hopeful they can keep these wins rolling in and get some much needed playoff experience under their belts which will help substantially.
    • I think as long as the Panthers are competitive with Canales they should keep him. Pepper needs to repair his/the teams image as a place prized free agents aren't hesitant to consider. Just dont do any crazy poo for a few years.
