Sales on this end....and the same here.

Cheers, and I was wondering what you did from the relocation thread.

Yeah I work for a national builder so when my wife and I were talking kids we basically narrowed down moving (if we have to move, which we really don't want to) to the places my company has long term land at. Those were the Denver area (maybe), Texas (maybe), Florida (maybe but no thanks), Seattle (fuging fug you you fuging fugs), or Charlotte (yes please).

And sales is great but I don't envy you guys dealing with buyers all the time. I only deal with them when they are picking options or during our walk, etc.

I've had some that call me like twice a week during the production of their house and I want to just not answer sometimes.

“No,” Sherman said Wednesday at the team’s facility when asked if Newton’s celebrations have bothered him. “You get to the end zone, in an NFL game, you get the right to celebrate. You’ve worked hard. You’re a professional athlete. If you don’t get a chance to celebrate in the pros, when do you get a chance to celebrate? When do you get to show what you can do – to enjoy yourself?

“This is a game. Some people who have never played it, who have never expressed passion, sit behind desks all day and do that. Maybe you celebrate sometimes when you do something great, and nobody judges you, because nobody is watching. As you’re watching him, enjoy it, because he is enjoying it. He can enjoy his craft. If he wants to celebrate, that’s fine.”

About 80% of the buyers will drive you absolutely nuts, then come the realtors, appraisers, and dumb mortgage lenders.

There is great money in it, but you work a ton.  Been doing this for 11 years now.

I laugh really hard when I see you guys posted "I always like Sherman"' " I like Lynch" blablqbla

fug, I can't even understand that! We got 53 Panthers players to like and I can't like them enough! But some of you just like players from one of our biggest rival in recent years.

I know Sherman gets a bad rap for him going off on Crabtree following "the tip", but he's actually a very bright dude and has been speaking up on a lot of things relating to players in the league.

He's 100% right too, if you don't like Cam's dancing ... don't let him score.

It's okay to like players from other teams or respect their game.  I LOVE Luke Kuechly (well probably not Sunday when he's doing his usual flying around being insanely good on defense thing.. but before and after Sunday) and Cam is one hell of a player too who just seems to be scratching the surface of how talented he can be.

I think that's all thats going on here.  But I mean, I guess whatever works for you.

    • Saw this show up in my new feed. Nice to see a couple of our rookies making it into the top 5 so far, even if it is a pff measure... From https://www.pff.com/news/nfl-top-15-rookies-week-9-2025 ... 4. TE Mitchell Evans, Carolina Panthers (78.7) Evans struggled in the Panthers’ tight win over the Packers, finishing with a 41.8 PFF overall grade — third worst among tight ends this week. He was not targeted in the game and played only one snap in pass protection. He did log 15 run-blocking snaps, and although he earned a 68.9 PFF run-blocking grade in zone looks (seven snaps), his 39.0 mark in gap schemes (second worst for the week) dragged him down to a 46.6 PFF run-blocking grade overall — sixth worst for the week. Despite seeing zero targets over his past two games, Evans still leads the Carolina tight end group with a 74.3 PFF receiving grade. He has caught all nine of his targets for 90 yards, six first downs and two touchdowns. Evans also leads the Panthers’ tight end group in PFF run-blocking grade (72.2). He has recorded a 20.5% positive play rate across 175 snaps.  5. WR Tetairoa McMillan, Carolina Panthers (78.6) McMillan had a better day against the Packers, recording four catches for 46 yards. Most of that production came in the first quarter via two 16-yard catches — one of which he snatched from Carrington Valentine’s hands, who was in perfect position to break up the pass. McMillan accounted for three first downs on the day, although Green Bay was able to limit his impact after the catch, holding him to 0.8 yards after the catch per reception. McMillan now has 41 catches for 558 yards — a top-15 mark. He is also tied for second with 19 explosive gains of 15-plus yards. Three of McMillan’s catches against the Packers came between the numbers, bringing him to 22 for 318 yards and 19 first downs (tied for second most) this season. He owns a 26.1% threat rate and a 76.6 PFF receiving grade between the numbers. He also ranks in the top 10 in explosive gains (10) and yards after the catch per reception (5.5) within that area of the field.
    • At least we don't need to hear overreacting about towels ...
    • Actually there is, try being a Charlotte Hornets fan. I mean the team fuging moved at its peak and hasn't recovered since and that was 25 years ago
