Hypothetically, I think it would be a hell of a card to play from them right before kickoff. Is it plausible, no. Is it possible? Only if it's Mannings idea. Ok, back to work...

I highly doubt it would happen, but I'm sure that the coaches have had looks at Osweiler since there's always a small chance the starting QB could be injured, especially at Manning's age/neck issues/plantar fascia issues. 

I do wonder if Peyton Manning was deliberate in commenting to Belichick about it being his 'last rodeo.' He's one of the savviest players ever, and he knows they're going to be mic'ing him during the handshakes.

There is zero chance of that happening.  You don't ride a QB through the playoffs to the Super Bowl and then make a change.  Manning isn't playing great, but they're in the Super Bowl.

Pauly Shore is awesome I don't care what you say. And an Oscar would have been more apropos.

The only thing Brock brings is the physical ability to throw the football farther than PM. Very little experience and no playoff experience. Don't think it changes the gameplan too much. The way we want to play defense isn't determined by the QB we play (with the exception of Russell). We have an identity. Get after the QB, don't give up the big play and rally to the football and make tackles. That translates regardless of the opponent.

Hall of fame, all-time great QB leads his team through the playoffs only to willingly take a backseat in his last game ever on the greatest stage in the world? Thats not unlikely, it's completely impossible.

Only chance Os sees the field is if Peyton poos the bed and Kubiak makes the switch during the game like he did a few weeks ago. No way that happens right before the game.

Denver announces they've successfully completed transplanting Peyton Mannings brain into Osweiler's body...

even that is a more plausible scenario.

Reality Check:  Only way Osweiler gets into the game at this point is if Manning gets seriously injured.
