Wish it would have ended better, but it was still a lot of fun and there's plenty of reason to be optimistic for next year.

The present may be a bummer, but the future looks very bright.

Always enjoy reading your stuff.  Have a good off season.

Cam deserves all the backlash coming his way for that gutless play. It's the fuggin superbowl, TD is playing with a fuggin broken arm, and you don't even attempt to dive on the ball. We still had a chance had he jumped on that ball.

Yeah unfortunately for him he's going to be hearing it from everywhere.  I've been a defender of his for the most part whenever anyone wants to criticize him but I just can't defend that.  Allen play's on a broken bone in his foot, TD plays with a broken arm...I don't know if I could look them in the eye after that if I were him.

what are you talking about?  there's nothing wrong with doom and gloom.  it's so hard to get back, we should have won it this year but we didn't.  might be a 12 year wait until we're on this stage again

Not talking about you.  I'm furious too.  Talking about some others that have been doom and gloom all season

Give credit where it is due...

Denver has a championship defense.

They got after us early and forced us into their game plan.

I dont feel good about it, but that is the truth.

Well be back to the playoffs next year.

Yeah. Both defenses played lights out. The butterflies got us early. They scored when they had the chance amd we didn't.

I'm pissed we lossed but I'm happy of our team this year overall. I didn't expect us to do that well this year amd were only going o get better.

The one thing that really bothers me about this game was when Cam didn't jump on that ball when he fumbled it at the end.  Was a 6 point game then and had he jumped on it we still had a chance.

But yeah it was a great season.  We are looking good for next year and hopefully we don't have to deal with any major injuries and we can get right back.

I could tell from the live play that he thought the defender was scooping the ball, and he was trying to get in position to stop him from running.  That's why it looked so awkward.

The team will come back stronger. A lot of players balled out and we gotta keep them.

There was a lot of pooing the bed. Fumbles, the  give him the record punt return, missed field goal, offensive line that couldn't protect, all the false starts, tre bostons multiple unsportsmanlike conduct penalties, and yes the moment Cam surrendered to Denvers destiny and looked like a deer in the headlights when that last ball hit the dirt.

Great season, we were never supposed to be here, we're a 7-9 team that played hard mistake free hard nosed football until a team that just wanted it more for Peyton showed up.

lastly, Ealy arrived. Glad for that.

This is a really hard loss, especially after how we dominated Seattle & Arizona.   Didn't expect to get shut down like this.

turnovers, penalties, drops, sacks, the missed field goal.... we definitely made the mistakes to beat ourselves, and Denver protected the ball well enough to win.  If we could have gotten a defensive TD, I think we could have pulled out the win.

Every time it looked like we had something going, we either were called for a penalty, or turned over the ball.

Bright spots:  Kony Ealy, wow, what a game!  Luke (of course).  Philly - some amazing catches.  Ginn.  Star.  Josh.

This reminded me much too much of the Atlanta game.  Just couldn't get anything going on offense.  Also, it reminded me of the SF divisional playoff loss with all those penalties.  Those truly hurt us.

We marveled at the Oline all year, they were so much better than we all expected.  Tonight, they couldn't get it done.   Well, now we know how we need to improve...

This loss is tragic for a lot of reasons, but it was an amazing season nonetheless.  Quite the ride and a joy to follow along with you all.

Keep pounding Huddle and Panther Nation.  Hold on to the great memories.  This hurts for sure.  But there's so much to love about this year.

At the end of the day, I can't control what goes on out on the field. The best I can do is be a fan and hope they get it done.

Besides, 2004 was a lot worse. We actually had a chance. Here, it felt like everything fell against our favor. I'm not a believer of divine intervention but at times, it was almost laughable.
