Somewhere between $22MM and $26MM guaranteed depending on the source, with most reporting $26MM. Bradford just keeps cleaning up.

Thank god we got Cam and Luke done last year. I'd be happy if we can get Kawann at JJ Watt money. That's how insane I think the market is going to get.

Sam Bradford has had the best contract timing of any player I've ever seen. Gets the last number 1 pick QB contract not under a rookie scale, then after a mediocre career thus far found himself as potentially the top upcoming QB FA, which he parlays into another huge deal. 

Crazy as it sounds, he may have gotten more on the open market; the top FAs now are Fitzpatrick, Osweiler, and maybe Chase Daniel.

for comparison cam's recent contract extension had $60 million in guarantees

almost on par with the brief period in 2010 when, between guarantees owed to him after his extension and his new contract with the browns, jake delhomme was the highest paid player in the NFL

He got that stupid contract after 5-turnovers on the playoffs. 

What was the reasoning around here? Talk of photos with JR in some precarious position.

eh it was supposedly done as a cap move to try and maneuver peppers into a long term contract.  obviously it didn't work out but the people who were arguing in favor of it at the time (like my dumb ass) tended to take that angle.
