Weddle To Make Decision This Weekend

Was watching A Football Life on NFLN this morning and during the commercial break they reported that four teams made an offer and Weddle would make a decision this weekend.

Haven't seen it mentioned here, but I'm guessing we aren't one of those teams?

Outside of Person's speculation prior to FA starting......            I've heard  zero contact between the Panthers and Weddle.    If the deafening silence has any meaning in regards to Weddle,  then......we may have no interest in him.

It was mentioned in the free agency thread. Reports were that he was gonna narrow from 4 to 2 and then negotiate between the 2.

Don't think we're one of them, but there is a 4th team that hasn't been mentioned.

I heard he will think it over this weekend and make a decision monday.

I was finding the same thing. As of Thursday he didn't even have an Oakland visit scheduled.

Report I saw was the Steelers, Ravens and Cowboys were "monitoring Weddle" and separately that the Raiders are interested. Doesn't mean those are the unknown four that made offers though.

Thank you.  He is a pretty smart player, he knows where he will get paid and where he can play for a contender....he is probably trying to make that call now.
