I've watched the Rams camp on HBO and that D line coach is such a tool! I wouldn't put much stock into him not succeeding there.

I wanted Couples at the time, and not Luke because I thought Beason had recovered form his injury. I didn't know that Beason had lost a step and would never be the same.

I don't think even the biggest Couples backers thought he was anywhere near Peppers talent wise.
