Von Miller "Cam Newton the best player in the NFL"

All the more feather in his cap if he makes Cam look a fool again

make no mistake by saying that he is saying  'look what I did to the NFL MVP, the guy I finished 2nd to in the draft, I beat the poo out  of him not just once but twice'

it's  a trap

can't stand Von Miller and hopefully Newton keeps his ego in check and finds those check downs, we run and play smart football and for the  love of God, give Remmers help

Why not? He said during Cam's top 100 video too. I think he's being honest.

And he trolled Newton post win over and over because he respects him....per Von.  That doesn't even make sense.

Miller just plays the media game right with those comments.  He never slips.  Always gives the right answers

you don't think Von believes he is the best in the game? You realize Cam was taken one spot ahead of him....he just can't say it.  He wants to say it and have people correct him.

Cant blame him.  Hell, if Von Miller didn't think he was the best their would be something wrong though with him.

His reasoning in the top 100 video seemed sincere to me.

I can't stand him.  He could offer me a thousand bucks on the street for no reason at all....and I would just stare at him square in the face for like a good 8 seconds.  I wouldn't say a word.  Then I would dab on him and pimp walk away (assuming a 30 something white guy can actually pimp walk away).

That's just me.

    • At the moment? Absolutely not. Maybe if they drop the next three in a row and go into the deadline at 3-6 I can see an argument to be made to move Rico as he's on a 1yr deal. I'd rather keep Chuba's contract though and roll with ETN + JB next season. The team will have plenty of time to see how JB is looking going into the offseason a year-plus after his surgery to know whether or not they need to plan for another direction.
    • I forgot to mention my thoughts on the rushing grade! 😮 He ran his ass off both weeks. I can't remember the stat offhand but didn't he have something crazy like 120+ yards after contact vs. Dallas? Against Miami he had lanes as wide as the entirety of I-95 to run through which is why his rushing grade wasn't as high as this week's. He's ran like a man possessed and going to earn himself some money in the offseason.
    • I'm not sure how much I'm changing mid year, especially when we are seeing some success.    Most Pass Rushers are physically gifted. Scheme and personnel help, but you gotta have the Jimmys and Joes, especially at that position.    We will likely lose games when the other team can throw for 400 yards, and has multiple high level receivers, but I think at this point in the development of our franchise, we have to be ok with that. You can't address every single issue at once. Really looks like we have plugged some holes on offense, and definitely in run defense. In the next draft, if we hit on a CB, an ILB and a Pass rusher, we will be pretty dangerous.
