Panthers 'concerned' with Stewart's status

Coach Ron Rivera said "there's a little concern" over Jonathan Stewart (hamstring, ankle).

Stewart left Sunday's game in the first quarter and didn't return. He's dealing with multiple injuries, putting his Week 3 status in doubt. The Panthers are expected to activate Cameron Artis-Payne if Stewart misses time, but Fozzy's Whittaker strong showing off the bench makes him the favorite to start. There should be an update on Stewart no later than Monday.

I've moved on from Stew. I would like to see what CAP and Fozzy do together. Fozzy can be an asset to the pass game

Sad to say it..  but he's done and it time to move on. We knew this was coming with all his injuries. Time look at the future of the team.

When hes good he is good.  I hate he cant stay healthy.

Fuzzy looked pretty damned good out there.  Highest concern is Fat Mike still getting more than two carries a game.

I know RB depth is deep in the draft next year, but I'm still hating that we didn't draft Henry in the 1st. The dude is a freak and would be ABSURD in this offense next to Cam. Oh well, hopefully we nab a good one next year because Stew's days are numbered.

Glad Fozzy made the final 53. There were a lot people on here wanting him gone.

Fozzy is good but he's not the same type of guy Stew is. 

If 28 is out we need to activate CAP or dare I say Wegher who is most similar to Stewart.

Wegher did not make the team, nor is he on the practice squad. Nothing to activate him from.

My thoughts are, we need to draft a RB in the first two rounds in next year's stacked class.

There's a reason why we kept Fozzy and Cap. Stewart getting injured is nothing new and based on his cap numbers, this might be his last season on the team.

lol, he was awesome last year and good against denver in week one.  i expect him to miss 2, 3 games at most and still have  a good year for us
