Will Derek Anderson Start Against Tampa?

Its not completely crazy.  Cam may need a week of not taking shots to get his head clear.  Derek Anderson started twice for Carolina in 2014 against the Bucs and won both times.

Yes I think it's pretty likely Newton is not ready due to the protocol.

He should. Cam needs to sit, rest and heal. Put the team on someone else's back for a week. He will never "play like Cam" if he's not 100% healthy.

DA will start vs Tampa.  The biggest positive is that we have such a good backup that I don't think the dropoff will make a drastic difference.

I think DA starts (and wins) the next two games. Cam comes back after 3 weeks of rest to a 3-3 team.

Cam is our QB.

Only if cam can't pass the protocol. Cam is the quarterback of the team no matter what our record is this year. He won't be usurped and he shouldn't be

Cam is the quarterback. Only controversy would be from the media and "fans." I don't even think they would even consider it.

Yes he will. If for nothing else we get to see Derek "Buc fuger" Anderson back in action doing what he does best - beating the Buccaneers.

Ok....but my point is that Cam is the QB of this team. Period. If there is any talk of a QB controversy it's from the fans and media therefore it isn't real.
