Joe Thomas is 10 per, and we can release him without any cap casualty.  Haden is a bit more tricky.

Haden receives around 14 million a year on the last 3 years of his 5 year contract. No way that penny pinching Dave would ever go for that.

Hell I'd send them a 2nd and a 4th err we traded that for a punter. I'd give them a 1st for Haden and Thomas and make them give me a 3rd to take Josh Gordon.

It is closer to $11m.  The $14m is his cap hit.  Some of that is dead money from his signing bonus that we wouldn't be responsible for.

We actually have the cap space to have trade for both of them and absorb their contracts long term, but that would mean that we wont be able to extend some of our own guys. But as long as Dave doesn't pay big bucks to our own guys apart from the 2 leaders of the team, i have a really hard time seeing him pay other teams players to come here
