We have the least productive number 2 WR in the league?

A name we should keep in mind is Jaelen Strong. He may be available for trade in the offseason. They already have Hopkins and Fuller with Miller up and coming. It makes sense.

Not only is Jaelen Strong terrible, but another big WR who can't separate is the last thing we need.

Funchess should be starting as our number 2, but he's not.  Until then he really can't be included in this argument, neither can Philly.  Ginn, well..whatever with Ginn.  He needs to be lower on the depth chart.

Saw a Gooby thread, and clicked to see what's up. Wasn't disappointed.

Cam's completing passes at about the same rate as always.

We pass the ball about as much as always.

Olsen, and KB are going to lead the team in targets just like always.

Every other WR is going to get looks at about the same rate as always.

We don't have a #2, or 3, we have a bunch of guys that play about the same as usual.

Funchess started against the Rams. And we have to let this play out to see what he has. He is still a kid, and he doesn't need to be a #2 yet. Just continue to get better.

OP says he has perused all the numbers, but doesn't bother to show any of his work.

How about comparing our #2, 3, and 4 against other teams?

This is really simple:

One of the leagues top te + kb #1 + 3 guys splitting #2 + being a running team = low production from any individual #2 receiver.

Many teams like the Chargers or Seattle have highly producing tight ends and still have more productive receivers

sooner or later people in this forum are gonna come to the realization we need to upgrade this WR core, they lost is the SB last season but if you're ok with that....

Last season we didn't have KB. That's a bad argument
