Would've been better if Vikings won and ended up winning their division than the Lions win. Vikings more likely to have tiebreaker over us if we both finish with same record than if Lions and us did. Either way wildcard is unlikely. Path to playoffs is with 2 wins on the west coast and 2 Falcons losses during the same span to Cardinals and Chiefs.

or couple of losses by by Vikings, Giants, Tampa and anything is possible long as we win out.

Vikings are in free fall and have the Cowboys coming to town.  Not really worried about them.  Our admittedly slight chance at a wildcard is us winning out and the skins losing to us and the gaints

They're still a good team, just have been finding ways to lose games. That could continue but I bet at some point they get over it.  And if they end with the same record as us, they're in over us. Probably not a big deal and main path is through the division likely but it definitely would be better for us if Vikings won today. Not much at all but would've been slightly better.

I agree, the division is slightly more likely.  But I think they lose to the Cowboys and I don't see them winning their last four.  Don't see us winning our last 6 though, so it probably doesn't matter.

DUDE!!!!!!! You leave my Lions alone. There has to be a way we can make the playoffs without having to screw over my Lions.

 

We pretty much need to win out to have a shot at the playoffs. If we can, let the chips fall where they may. But I will be danged if I will root for my Lions to lose, just so you will feel safer.

Not looking at anyone else, but you have to assume if we won out we are in safely, either as division champ or wildcard.  Question is could we somehow find a way to get in at 9-7.

Yes. Falcons could lose 4 games honestly just looking at matchups. But that starts with a loss for them this sunday.
