Panthers aren't making a single national headline.

The headline is "Carr overcomes dislocated finger on throwing hand to lead 4th quarter comeback. MVP?"

You underestimate how many people in the media are getting boners at the thought of shitting on Cam.

Guess it's easier to write that than "o-line sucks, Greg Olsen drops two huge passes, coaching staff is trash."

Current articles are blaming Rivera for not going for it. However the headline is about the Raiders. 4-7 teams don't get headlines for losing to 9-2 teams

Yep, media doesn't give a poo about talking about 4th string centers and what not....that doesn't generate clicks

Cam will get the blame, as he always does. He's the Carolina Scapegoat. Nobody will talk about how he scored 25 points to lead the comeback. Rivera is the one who choked, but nobody will write or mention that. The o-line is bad, but nobody will write that. Nobody will write how Ron and shula had their tales tucked between their legs on 4th and 1. It'll all be Cam's fault in the morning.

    • I think in all honestly, the final 2 games are carrying most of the weight in a lot of Bryce talk IMO.    During the window where he "blew it out of the water" window......were a lot of games where he was not above average.  AZ is largely one of those stat sheet games.   Where the stat sheet reflects QB play that didn't exist in the game.  That game was all Chuba.  Meh vs Dallas.  Meh vs Philly.  Meh vs Giants.  Probably average vs Tampa, Den, Saints.  Bryce made HUGE strides vs what he was.  We should be happy.   But when you start comparing him to the rest of the league.....people I think are going too far.  His best aspect in reality.....is his scrambling.  And that's probably not a great thing give his size.
    • Mays and Zavala looked lost in the Reich offense.  Granted Zalava was probably playing too soon due to injuries but he looked terrible.  This new staff seems to be doing well with our OL.  I also wonder if having two vets in Hunt and Lewis just made life that much easier on whoever was/is playing center.
    • What the Panthers should target in order (via free agency or via trade): 1. Julian Blackmon  2. Mike Hilton 3. Jaire Alexander 4. Jalen Ramsey
