sorry but this is such a stretch for a reason to take him. Our WRS have drop issues, not greg olsen. Infant, he has the most reliable hands on the team. Drafting his successor wouldn't help our receivers catch

I think your the idiot, its the other way around a TE will have more impact on this team than on a safety.

None of them are worth a once  in a lifetime safety conversation.

Wow, so you're going to resort to name calling because of difference of opinion? 

 

We had no problems with our TE department, especailly with the best TE in the league. I rather they give Luke Wilson a look and have him be under Olsen's wing for a while, than this guy who's an unproven player at #8. Especially from an Alabama team that is not known for a high powered offense. They are a Defensive player factory, not offensive. Maybe Julio Jones but other than that, nothing.

 

This team needs a Safety like Adams that will keep TE's, WR, and the occasional runner breaking for it for some yards. He'll help this defense out and the offense as well. While getting a TE would be a good idea, it's not optimal at #8 and won't impact this football club as much as a S, DE, DT, RB.

 

 

IF you want this offense to get better, you will draft an RB, Cook or Fournette. That will make things easier for Cam and the offense, even shula.. A TE that high won't have as much impact as a RB.

We sign Berry, Fournette goes before #8, there's a good chance we're going TE or DE , and G-man has already commented on how deep the draft is at DE and how impressive OJ is.

I would be good with On in the draft as long as we take care of adding folks like a SS and It in free agency. The whole point of BPA is building your overall talent pool by picking the best player not filling in gaps at positions of need. The question is who would be the best player at 8 which we can approximate later on in the draft? OJ, Fournette or someone else?
