Absolutely. I believe this is part of the reason why we're showing urgency in FA. To give Rivera the best roster possible and if he fails, him and his coaching staff will be gone.

I love Ron, I really do.  He is a fantastic player motivator.  He gets the most out of his players and runs this team well.  However, he is not a game planner. He relies a lot on his OC to run the offense.  He is in ride or die mode with Shula this year.  I hope, for Ron's sake, Shula can turn it around.

Yep no excuses this year, can't afford another slow start. The defense should be ready to go week 1. Make sure that Shula and Dorsey have the players that they need because he stuck his neck out for them.

It better be...after he kept Shula and apparently went in for him....no remorse or fugs given if he screws this up GMan will can him and we'll be better for it.

Could be better for it anyway....this team has the makings of one that needs a new HC to take them over the top since the talent is undeniable.

I don't think its bashing in this case.  The team is spending money, management is going to expect significant improvement.  If they don't see it, then Rivera is probably out.

Nope. Getts was saddled with Rivera he didnt choose him like most GMs. Getts will get another year with his choice of a coach before he's shown that door.

Bro, OTHER teams fans say we have one of the best GM's in the league. When other teams fans want your GM, you listen. Think of the number of gm's held in high regard across the league. I promise you, you won't get off one hand.
