Of course you find anything  it's Harvin not Harbin

Ive already seen the Browns roster, guess what Gordon is on it. But if it helps you sleep at night.

Yep one team like I said in my second comment and by a hair.

still 1 and your still full of chit

anything else I can shutdown?

You know I'm right about Harvin, or you would post something valid that showed him on there. That's why you avoided it.

When a coach says he's done, he's done. Gordon is not playing for the Browns again. No matter how far you want to stretch it.

And Im done. I should have learned my lesson before. Ignore me and I will you. We obviously can't have a discussion which is my fault as much as yours. Oil and water. Have a nice life.

We all know Goobs talks out of his ass sometimes (though he won't admit it), but his concern over our receivers having such relatively scant production is valid. It's going to be a big year for us in that respect. Someone has to step up. Let's not lose the forest for the trees, that's all I'm saying.

You can't swindle a swindler

You see toomers and other mouth breather on the huddle like to completely avoid topics and latch on to any little thing to get a victory and their little minds. Since they know the topic at hand is an impossible task to dissect and sway in their favor.

Problem is I'm like a Svengali to these numb skulls.

I don't think so.  I think the team now realizes that he wasn't fully ready last season.  His knee bothered him most of the year, but he showed the last few games that he is still the same KB that everyone got excited about his future here.  Now, if he comes in this coming season out of shape, and it takes him most of the season to really get going, then yes, I believe he will be shipped off.  But I bet he comes in this year on a mission to prove to everyone that last year wasn't the real KB.  I've gotten the sense in interviews and things others have said that he was somewhat embarrassed by his performance.

I really don't either, but there was a bit of smoke in the shadow of the Ealy situation, so I thought I would throw it out there--I think we need a true #1 and we are going to like these new WRs more than people realize.

Getting Ross, OJ and McCaffrey would be nice. There's a possibility we could get 2 of em. Trading back in the 1st and then trading into the first would be the way to do it. With the TE group being deep and already having Olsen, I'd guess a Ross/McCaffrey combo is what we'd shoot for.

That would be great I have my very serious doubts though that the panthers would draft two offense skill positions in the first round they tend to be fixated on defensive talent in the first unless there's an emergency situation (ex. Kelvin Benjamin in 2014 to try to fill the hole or #1 WR after Steve Smith after the 2013 season)

I agree we need a WR opposite of KB and Funchess so I am not interested in Corey Davis or Mike Williams. I want a chain mover that keeps the offense on the field instead of sputtering out.

I don't know why people think that Corey Davis is in the same mold of Mike Williams, Benjamin, or what Funchess seems to be. Davis, by most accounts has the upside of a WR1 in the NFL---a true top five or 10 receiver in the league.  More than a few scouts/analysts have said Davis can be that good if you believe the draft profiles. Level of competition is the ONLY real question about Davis, but he did have a few solid games against MSU and UM. He was most certainly a man among boys which is what Gettleman and others look for when evaluating a guy from a small school.

Lastly, sure, his injury precluded him from participating in the drills at the Combine, but a few sites have his 40 at 4.48. Now I don't know where the time came from, but I'd  imagine that it had to be at some college/event. I don't I think it's a stretch to say that there is a decent possibility that he may have improved upon that time if he were training and healthy, but I don't think he's slow (just like Zay Jones wasn't as slow as some expected). His game speed looks plenty good, and if that 4.48 is any good, it just corroborates my position. Davis looks like the real deal.

Oh I completely agree with u based off past DG drafts. Taking a DE at 8 wouldn't surprise me in the least bit. Especially since WR and RB are deeper this year than DE. I think there's some good DE's but most will likely be gone by our 2nd pick.

My only thought is that our defense played significantly better in the 2nd half of the season last year. Our free agency pickups have already slightly improved our defense as well.

The offense on the other hand was trash last year. Having a healthy and consistent oline would help. But lacking explosive or home run talent will keep us limited on how much we'd actually improve tho.

So while it's unlikely we go the route of a WR/RB combo with our first two picks, it could definitely be argued that we should.

WR is not necessarily deeper than DE though.

Well I like Davis but can he play in the slot because I would prefer a no.1 receiver like a AB of Odell that can lined up in the slot or outside when needed. Also according to Jeremy, Panthers believe defensive end is there biggest need

Davis can play anywhere you want him to, and thrive. He, or possibly the oft injured Ross, may be the closest thing to that, but you never know how these things are going to turn out.

I wonder if the Panthers believe that DE is still their biggest need. Ginn leaving was kind of a surprise from what I understand.

I'm just judging from the latest article he posted on the site about targeting Solomon Thomas at 8 because of position, 5th year option, and they see Peppers and CJ as specialist and not complete ends. I don't believe Thomas will be there, I am seeing him go as high as no.2 to 49ers. That might mean they have guys like Taco Charleton and Malik McDowell higher than Ross, Corey Davis, and OJ Howard.

Oh, yeah, I agree. I think that there is an argument for either of the positions. With Dave it's going to come down to BPA, and who knows how he is going to grade these guys?

Oh, yeah, and @gmonjimbo, @Jeremy Igo wrote that a while ago. Would be nice if he could get a feel for how they're thinking now.
