The best OL in football is adding depth. He probably won't ever see the field if he makes the team.

Doug Free retired and Ronald Leary signed with Denver.  They just lost 40% of their starting line and Collins has been a bust for them.  Bell will play a lot so Dak better have a good Life Insurance policy and Romo needs to be available.  I would laugh, but our line is worse.

An UDFA in Collins is a bust? Wow! No where near. He'll be starting at LG or RT. If he starts at RG then Chaz Green, will man the RT spot. He'll be taking the Cowboys version of Mike Remmers place. Collins started before getting injured in the 2nd or 3rd game of the year. I see why you guys have that attitude about the OL, you don't pay too much attention to it, do ya?

Collins is a bust and was moved from OT to guard because he was getting whipped at OT.  Dallas averaged more yardage after Collins was injured.  You just skim headlines, don't ya?

Again, an UDFA as a bust. Moving from OT to OG is commonplace now days. You're right, Dallas did average more yards after Collins got hurt. Leary was just better than he was. Collins is better than any OG or OT that we have here. No, I actually watch the games and pay attention. I just don't follow the ball. The only way that Bell see's the field is if Green or another OT gets hurt. Again, this is a depth signing. Something the Panthers need to start worrying about.

I think his primary point was that it's basically impossible to be a bust as a UDFA.

    • there is one common denominator in the 2003 & 2015 Carolina Panthers teams they both had ELITE top tier Qb play.  it would require a MVP type of season from Bryce Young to have the same type of success that Jake Delhomme had in  2003 & or Cam Newton in 2015 & lead this team to a SuperBowl is this going to happen or is there any reason to believe Bryce Young is capable of playing similar to Jake Delhomme in 2003 or Cam Newton in 2015 ? well no there is no absolutely NO reason whatsoever to believe that this is going to happen in 2026 ..just saying
    • I'd actually like to see Cherelus get a fair shot to win the job in camp. Wallace is decent in drop zone coverage, but he gets abused in the play action game and is often times out of position in the run game. It might just be me, but I swear every time I watch Wallace play, I see multiple plays a game were it looks like he's just trying to be blocked. Watching Cherelus last year he at least looked like he was trying to hit someone on every play. Wallace plays like a LB who doesn't trust what he sees and it makes him passive and cautious versus Cherelus who regardless of if his decision is right or wrong goes at it 100%.
    • Agreed.  Hasn’t happened to me either, but I feel very strongly about it.  That’s not just one of the worst things a woman could do to a man, it’s a power inherent to only women and is one of the worst things a HUMAN being can do to another.  A man can’t “hide” a pregnancy or maternity.  It’s impossible.  And that sucks for anyone that has to go through that. I always got a weird vibe off her and just found her very unlikeable.  Annoying even.  I’ve always been good at reading people and there was just something about her to me that was off-putting, somewhere under the surface.  And here we are…  she is despicable.
