Still will be 4 games or so after an appeal I would think, at best.  Goodell wants to take a tough stance on DV, and doesn't want to seem wrong?  Good luck winning that, Cowboys.  The NFL doesn't want the backlash of anything with DV and suspension reduction to its name.
